Terms and cancellation

Sessions

All sessions are held online by video. Clients may book from anywhere in the world.

A standard session lasts 50 minutes. Sessions are scheduled an hour apart, which leaves a 10 minute gap between appointments for notes and preparation.

Individual, adolescent and career counselling, and follow-up sessions, are ₹1,500 for 50 minutes. Marital and relationship counselling is ₹2,000 for 60 minutes. The current fee for each session type is shown on the sessions page and at the time of booking.

Booking and payment

Sessions are booked through this website or by direct message.

Payment is taken online at the time of booking. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is complete, and a receipt is issued automatically by email.

Online payment on this website accepts Indian payment methods only. Clients outside India can book by WhatsApp or email, and payment is arranged directly.

Changing or cancelling

Your confirmation email contains links to reschedule or cancel.

You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment time, and appointments missed without notice, are charged in full.

Refunds

Where a session is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, the fee is refunded in full and returned by the same method used for payment. Refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. No refund is due for cancellations made inside 48 hours.

Scope of service

This is a counselling service. It is not a medical service, it does not provide diagnosis or medication, and it is not an emergency service.
